The hotel was in a great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We were impressed with the complimentary toiletries and coffee in the room.
The room was quite small and there was no closet to hang our clothes. the walls were also very thin, and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms which made it hard to sleep.

Good restaurant, excellent staff, pleasant river walks. Midweek in March very peaceful.
No hotel parking - although we were lucky to find metered parking in front of hotel. At weekends, area is pedestrian and very busy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of town. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the modern comforts you could need. The bathroom was conveniently located on the same level as the room, making it easily accessible.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great location!
Bathroom is up stairs in the bedroom. Not a problem unless there is someone with a fear of heights in your party.

The hotel was very wel located, the food and the room were great. I would only like that there was air-conditioning, specially because it can be noisy on a busy period with your windows open. It's beter to get a room at the back of the hotel if you are looking for some quiet.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with really comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated having a coffee machine and tea facilities in the room. In addition, the free welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The location right in the town centre was super convenient, and the hotel even provided transportation to go the train station. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

La Caleche is a good hotel for a weekend, the staff is nice and they try to help as best as they can. The restaurant is very good, the food is presented nice, is very tasty and the price is good. Rooms and bathroom are clean.
The rooms are on the small side. The staff is understaffed, they do their best. there is a lot of noise in the evening/night, to bad, you can you can not have a good night rest. No parking is available for their customers.

Really amazing Hotel. I stayed at this Hotel together with my wife and 0 year old child. First of all, we are very much impressed with their heartful welcome and smile. Our room was "studio" and in the annex .The owner guided us to the annex by walking in spite of raining. There is private parking space in the annex(which is just in front of the building and convenient especially for the family having child), and the room was spacious and clean. Judging from their service and facility, the room rate should be reasonable. We shall use this hotel if we have chance to come back to Durbuy!! Thanks, "Hotel La Caleche"!

This hotel is a gem in the heart of a charming village. Situated right in the town center, it offers the perfect location for exploring the area. The rooms are well-appointed, providing all the modern comforts one could need. What stood out for me was the attention to detail. From the reasonable bed to the layout of the room, everything was well thought out. I particularly loved having the bathroom on the same level as the room, eliminating the need to navigate a long staircase. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
None.

The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. The hotel is in a central location, which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of food.
The parking situation was not ideal, and we had to park quite far from the hotel. The staff also seemed a bit unfriendly and not very eager to help with our questions.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of a loft area, up a long staircase. Despite the location, everything was warm and quickly accessible, even the train station. the room and bathroom were modern and clean. the service was efficient, and there was a good breakfast buffet with plenty of seating. Parking outside could be paid for by the hour. There were also several restaurants nearby to choose from.
Limited vegetarian options on the menu.
